Description

  • Deliver hands-on SEO and AI search work accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the Lead SEO and AI Search Strategist to implement the customer’s SEO and AI search strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities that improve organic visibility and support search intent.
  • Support AI search optimisation by monitoring, analysing, and improving franchise visibility in AI-powered search experiences.
  • Use crawling and auditing tools to analyse performance across multiple franchise websites and recommend technical SEO improvements.
  • Implement on-page SEO recommendations including metadata, internal linking, and content optimisation.
  • Analyse and report on performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Data Studio.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal SEO and AI search processes.
  • Attend client status calls, weekly meetings, and QBRs as required.
  • Identify opportunities to create customer success stories and case studies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an SEO Executive or similar digital marketing role.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-page SEO.
  • Understanding of AI search and generative search technologies and their impact on visibility and content optimisation.
  • Experience using SEO platforms such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and/or Semrush.
  • Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimisation and local SEO best practices, ideally in multi-location or franchise businesses.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to support research and analysis.
  • No academic qualifications required; selection is based on experience and potential.
