Description

  • Lead the build, execution and ongoing optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for a portfolio of high-value customers.
  • Own the strategic direction of client PPC activity and develop data-led strategies that meet agreed performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead client status calls, monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews, presenting performance, recommendations and future plans.
  • Mentor PPC Specialists within the team, review their work and support their development.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, playbooks and processes that improve the wider PPC function.
  • Take a lead role in new business pitches and present PPC strategy and capability to prospective clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the client portfolio to support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with GTM and other marketing services teams to improve retention and expand existing accounts.
  • Champion innovation by evaluating new platforms, tools and approaches and translating industry changes into client insight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a PPC role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing large, complex or high-spend accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable, results-driven PPC campaigns at scale.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working with GA4 and understanding attribution modelling across paid channels.
  • Knowledge of the broader digital marketing landscape, including SEO, paid social and programmatic.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and other measurement and attribution tools.
  • Comfortable owning and presenting strategy to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Experience contributing to or leading new business pitches is preferred.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; selection is based on experience and potential.
