Description

  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and display networks.
  • Design and execute full-funnel strategies spanning awareness, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to improve ROI and ROAS.
  • Track performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversions, and adjust campaigns based on data.
  • Build audience targeting strategies using analytics and segmentation tools.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze results using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and attribution platforms, and produce actionable recommendations.
  • Present performance insights to stakeholders and align paid media work with business goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Drive direct-to-consumer conversions while supporting B2B lead generation and relationship nurturing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven media buying experience.
  • Successful track record in e-commerce and B2B marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and cross-channel campaign management.
  • In-depth understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation for performance optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale international campaigns and diverse markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience with programmatic buying and advanced targeting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution models is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred.
