Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract high-value, qualified investment leads.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of investment prospects from key sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
  • Manage lead generation for new targets and existing clients and coordinate progression with the Investment Development team.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in target markets and conduct introductory meetings with potential investors.
  • Organize and manage DMC meetings, in-market trips, travel calendars, and operational requirements.
  • Develop strategic relationships with multipliers to increase investment referrals.
  • Identify business development initiatives to strengthen sector ecosystems and raise Bahrain’s profile as an investment destination.
  • Provide regular reporting, analytics, and market insights on investment activities.
  • Develop focused marketing and communications strategies to support deal sourcing and investor qualification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of FDI work experience.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
  • Experience in business development and investment attraction.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with leadership competencies including strategic thinking, change management, strategic networking, achievement orientation, customer centricity, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.
  • Technical skills in business planning and development, project management, risk management, client relationship management, and market analysis and research.
