Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business in the Polish market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop business through client relationships, industry networks, and existing connections.
  • Work with Keller Haldren’s systems, technology platforms, and back-office infrastructure.
  • Use provided marketing resources and campaign support to promote services in your market.
  • Collaborate with the global partner network on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain sustainable and profitable recruitment operations.
  • Navigate local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and the regulatory environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with successful placements and client relationships in the local market.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within your business community is desirable.
