Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business in the Irish market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop business through existing relationships and local market networks.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships to support successful placements.
  • Work collaboratively with Keller Haldren’s global partner network on cross-border opportunities and knowledge sharing.
  • Use provided systems, technology platforms, and back-office infrastructure to support operations.
  • Create and execute market-appropriate recruitment activities with access to marketing resources.
  • Operate in line with local employment, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within the business community is desirable.
