Description

  • Identify market trends, new customer segments, and untapped opportunities to support revenue growth across EMEA.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for the EMEA territory in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain a scalable pipeline of commercial opportunities through effective prospecting.
  • Support account managers with partner planning, performance improvement, and enablement initiatives.
  • Develop, expand, and manage direct sales channels and distributor partnerships across the EMEA region.
  • Review existing distributor relationships to identify and unlock additional commercial value.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, channel partners, and end users across the region.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organisations.
  • Work with warehousing and logistics partners to ensure customer needs and commercial commitments are met.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs aligned with regional growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and Dutch, written and spoken, is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in a regional sales, business development, or commercial leadership role.
  • Experience working across international or multi-country markets is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven experience building and managing distributor networks and channel partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 4 to 5 days per week, including travel across EMEA and to the USA.
  • Comfort working occasionally in warehouse environments that may be non-climate-controlled and near mechanical equipment.
  • Experience overseeing multi-country sales territories within the EMEA region is preferred.
  • Background in industrial packaging, logistics, supply chain, or cargo securement is advantageous.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA market would be an advantage.
