Description

  • Lead the full campaign lifecycle from strategic planning and creative development through production and final handoff.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships across multiple European automotive accounts.
  • Oversee financial and commercial workflows, including documentation preparation, negotiation, and sign-off with client procurement teams.
  • Serve as the operational lead for the Milan office, setting priorities and coordinating day-to-day activity with the global team.
  • Translate client briefs and objectives into clear scopes, timelines, and executable plans for internal teams.
  • Develop new business opportunities and contribute to agency revenue growth through your professional network.
  • Coordinate with international market teams to ensure timely asset delivery and appropriate support.
  • Act as a bridge between the European operation and US-based leadership.
  • Align cross-functional internal teams to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
  • Oversee website management, brand identity initiatives, and social media efforts as part of integrated client service.

Requirements

  • Native-level Italian, spoken and written, and strong professional English.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns end to end across creative, production, and media functions.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-market international accounts with senior client stakeholders.
  • Confirmed experience as an Account Director or equivalent in a creative advertising agency.
  • Willingness to work as a Partita IVA contractor.
  • Ability to work with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in Italy or willing to relocate, with availability for face-to-face client meetings in Turin when required.
  • Existing professional network in Italy or Europe is preferred.
  • Background in, or strong enthusiasm for, global and multicultural marketing is preferred.
  • Conversational or working-level Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is valued but not essential.
