Description

  • Lead and execute cross-functional product and feature launches with product, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams.
  • Define use cases, product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and customer profiles for target audiences including Commercial, Public Sector, and MSP.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in privileged access management and password management, including market trends, product capabilities, and relevant use cases.
  • Partner with product management and demand generation to create launch content that drives product awareness and lead generation.
  • Coordinate webinars from topic and speaker development through promotion and follow-up content to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Work with the SEO team to produce optimized blogs, web pages, and videos about product features and use cases.
  • Collaborate with channel partners on co-marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Gather customer feedback and develop case studies, testimonials, and user stories with customer success.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product marketing strategy and identify differentiation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B cybersecurity or SaaS experience in a product or solutions marketing role.
  • Experience developing differentiated product messaging and positioning for go-to-market and internal/external communications.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and creativity while validating outputs and refining messaging.
  • Experience supporting successful cross-functional product and feature launches.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across local and distributed teams.
  • Innovative, fast-paced, energetic, and results-driven approach with a bias for action.
  • Strategic thinking about markets and competitors combined with tactical execution discipline.
