Description

  • Oversee software delivery for new customer deployments and expansion deployments for existing customers.
  • Tailor Keeper’s solutions to each customer’s needs and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify project risks and issues proactively and escalate to engineering when needed.
  • Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers in both verbal and written form.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communications.
  • Gather customer feedback and partner with product development to improve functionality and usability.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently and deliver them within scope and timeline.
  • Provide clear status updates and progress communication to internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
  • Experience in SaaS deployment; security software experience preferred.
  • Experience leading external customer engagements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global regions and time zones.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com preferred.
  • French language skills preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
