Description

  • Carry a revenue quota and meet or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.
  • Manage an established portfolio of customers to drive renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Build relationships with senior management and support engagement with C-level contacts.
  • Work with clients to define business and technical goals through technical reviews and quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain a regular cadence with named accounts, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, and close deals.
  • Advise customers on best practices for securing their businesses against password-related breaches.
  • Negotiate licensing and contract terms by navigating customer procurement processes.
  • Resolve customer issues independently and in collaboration with internal Keeper teams.
  • Perform data-driven account analysis to prioritize opportunities and risks.
  • Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales or account management, with a focus on upselling and expansion.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software integrations such as SSO and directory services, as well as implementation, onboarding, and support.
  • Experience working with and selling to enterprise organizations, C-level executives, and IT or cybersecurity executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with diplomacy, tact, and poise in customer situations and escalations.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).
  • Experience in the IAM industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to anticipate customer challenges before they arise.
  • Aptitude for learning software and working effectively with business applications.
