Description

  • Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS for customer deployments.
  • Administer and operate Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, networking, RBAC, storage, and platform tooling.
  • Author, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code with Terraform across multiple environments.
  • Implement and operate GitOps continuous delivery with ArgoCD and related workflows.
  • Create and maintain Helm charts, including templating, dependencies, and release management.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation across the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Instrument, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud and Kubernetes workloads using Datadog and related observability tools.
  • Support customer installations and advise on deployment topology for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Administer development environments and developer tooling for engineering teams.
  • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations across global time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
  • Strong Kubernetes expertise, including cluster lifecycle management, networking, RBAC, CSI/storage classes, ingress controllers, and kubectl.
  • Hands-on Terraform experience, including writing modules, managing state, and supporting multi-environment workflows.
  • Production experience with ArgoCD and GitOps deployment patterns; familiarity with Argo Workflows is a plus.
  • Helm chart authoring experience, including templating, dependencies, releases, and CLI usage.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker, BuildKit, and container registries.
  • Comprehensive Linux administration and command-line proficiency.
  • Experience with Azure and AWS commercial environments, especially AKS and EKS.
  • Experience with cloud databases and data services, especially PostgreSQL; NoSQL experience with ArangoDB or MongoDB is a plus.
  • Observability and monitoring experience with Datadog or comparable tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Fluentd, and Istio.
  • Networking knowledge, including DNS, TLS, routing, and load balancing.
  • CI/CD pipeline design and implementation experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Git repositories, branching strategies, and the Git CLI.
  • Scripting and programming proficiency in Bash and Python.
  • Experience managing and automating deployments for complex applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Single Sign-On and Identity Provider experience, especially Keycloak, is preferred.
  • Business fluency in English for technical communication, documentation, and customer-facing collaboration.
  • Must reside in, and be legally authorized to work in, an EU member state that participates in the Schengen Area.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call and incident response rotations across global time zones.
  • Ability to pass a full CJIS-compliant fingerprint-based background check for access to criminal justice information.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of €80,000 - €100,000 per year.
