Description

Serve as the technical expert on customer and prospect calls involving customization, non-standard workflows, troubleshooting, and API capabilities.
Deploy KarmaCheck AI products within customer systems, defining required API and partner-integration changes and activation steps.
Design customer integration solutions, including data flows, field and status mappings, error handling, and configuration.
Own customer solutions end to end with engineering, from requirements and work breakdown through delivery and go-live communication.
Develop and recommend scalable approaches for non-standard customer workflows, balancing technical and operational trade-offs.
Partner with Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, VMS, and direct-sourcing partners as KarmaCheck’s hands-on technical counterpart.
Identify recurring integration issues and convert them into standardized solutions, documentation, and configuration guides.
Enable Customer Success and Implementation teams to handle common integration needs independently.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical product management, integration or solutions architecture, or technical implementation at a software company.
Substantial experience working directly with customers and strong interpersonal judgment.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication.
Ability to read API documentation, test API calls using Postman or similar tools, and evaluate integration approaches independently.
Strong ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements and engineer-ready specifications.
Experience managing technical projects through delivery with engineering teams.
Integration experience across multiple systems and a broad range of integration patterns.
Experience in healthcare staffing, background screening, credentialing, or compliance (preferred).
Familiarity with ATS, VMS, HCM, or HRIS platforms such as Bullhorn, Symplr, or Workday (preferred).
SQL or light scripting experience, and experience deploying AI or automation features in customer environments (preferred).
