Description

  • Create and design sales training curricula within time and budget constraints.
  • Produce physical and digital training materials, including videos, case studies, call scripting, merchant qualification, contracts, and policy/procedure content.
  • Maintain best practices for training across the sales division.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and identify areas for improvement.
  • Listen to sales calls and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Deliver cross-departmental training to help teams understand how Kapitus’s divisions work together.
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers to improve training courses.
  • Develop individual coaching plans and review sessions for salespeople.
  • Conduct audits to ensure sales adherence to legal and compliance requirements.
  • Work with product teams to prepare sales teams for upcoming releases and features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of experience in a training capacity.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Knowledge of dialer systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of different sales tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and live classroom training.
  • Prior experience as a high-performing salesperson.
  • History of working with small business owners.
  • Ability to listen to phone calls and gauge buying signs.
  • Experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to partner with multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, credibility, charisma, and the ability to adapt training to different development levels.
