Description

  • Own and shape Kalepa’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all global functions, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.
  • Design and run the recruiting operating model from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer strategy, and closing.
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring performance and recruiting operations.
  • Lead direct searches for roles across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
  • Develop and evolve Kalepa’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Advise executives and hiring managers with proactive, data-driven recommendations.
  • Build, lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team while maintaining a high-accountability culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience with a track record of hiring A+ talent across multiple functions at high-growth companies.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including building, coaching, and scaling in-house recruiting teams.
  • Experience owning hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to using recruiting metrics.
  • Comfort building with AI and using next-generation tooling to improve talent and people operations.
  • Alignment with Kalepa’s culture and ability to evangelize it to candidates.
  • Strong hustle, persistence, and ability to remove obstacles and drive hiring forward.
  • Passion for building a world-class team and a strong desire to win.
  • Open, frank, and respectful communication style.
  • Strong preference for candidates in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST).
