Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information about property management services, leasing options, and amenities.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service delivery and the customer experience.
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction after issues are resolved.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service initiatives that improve customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better support customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be an Emirati National with a Family Book.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and anticipate issues with practical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented team player.
  • Interest in new technology.
  • Ability to join immediately.
