Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in line with company policy.
  • Support customers in the driveway and contribute to a positive car-buying experience.
  • Participate in local community-facing activities as part of the customer advocate role.
  • Work rotating shifts across seven days a week, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Handle physically demanding tasks in indoor and outdoor conditions, including vehicle detailing and transport support.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with process sponsored by Carvana.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration system access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing or walking for 8+ hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in variable weather conditions.
