Description

  • Own and administer the firm’s Airtable environment for deal flow, due diligence, LP and investor relationships, fundraising tracking, portfolio monitoring, investment reporting, and ecosystem intelligence.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and standardized datasets across internal platforms.
  • Design scalable database structures, linked records, views, permissions, and workflows.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and operating procedures.
  • Conduct ongoing audits and cleanup of investment and CRM data.
  • Build and manage integrations and automations across Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier/Make, and AI tools/APIs.
  • Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows for investment research, founder and company intelligence, meeting summaries, pipeline prioritization, reporting automation, memo support, and communications workflows.
  • Build executive dashboards and reporting systems for pipeline visibility, fundraising activity, investor engagement, portfolio performance, KPI monitoring, and investment committee preparation.
  • Support quarterly investor reporting, portfolio data collection, and scenario analysis for performance, reserves, and follow-on investment decisions.
  • Improve investment team operations by creating structured systems, process management, and scalable operating infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Airtable administration, data operations, RevOps, venture operations, business systems, fund operations, or analytics.
  • Advanced Airtable experience with complex relational databases, automations, interfaces, formulas, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of venture capital or startup ecosystems and familiarity with venture capital workflows, terminology, and investment processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience building dashboards and operational reporting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Preferred experience at a venture capital firm, private equity firm, startup, family office, or investment platform.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Python, BI tools, AI workflow tooling, and AI-enabled operational systems.
