Description

  • Directly manage, coach, and mentor 5–8 Operations Managers across multiple regions and states.
  • Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and support the professional growth of operations staff.
  • Establish and maintain standards for technician engagement, client retention and satisfaction, therapy fulfillment, and service continuity.
  • Ensure consistent execution of client lifecycle procedures across regions.
  • Monitor fulfillment, disruption resolution, scheduled-to-actual performance, documentation quality, and retention metrics.
  • Identify trends, risks, and bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
  • Oversee escalation management for high-risk or complex client situations, including service disruptions and pending discharges.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with families and reinforce a family-centered care approach.
  • Build workflows to track technician satisfaction and performance and partner with scheduling to ensure adequate hours.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Scheduling, Recruiting, and Executive leaders to support payer compliance, internal policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading managers or senior team members.
  • Strong coaching, accountability, and performance-management skills.
  • Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care models.
  • Comfortable working in EMRs and scheduling systems such as Lumary, CentralReach, or similar.
  • Experience using reporting and dashboards in Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • An advanced degree is a plus.
