Description

  • Develop and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities by expanding within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and align appropriate solutions.
  • Design tailored solutions using knowledge of CCTV, intrusion, fire, access control, and nurse call systems.
  • Partner with technical teams to translate client needs into deliverables.
  • Stay current on security technologies, products, and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across the security and IT services portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of technical sales or account management experience in security or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, fire systems, intrusion detection, access control, or emergency nurse call systems.
  • Prior experience in account management is required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with digital and security technologies.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on measurable client and business outcomes.
