Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties and follow documentation to maintain installation and service standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets, provide timely updates, and keep work organized against assigned priorities.
  • Take ownership of assigned work by understanding project scope and service expectations and delivering completed results.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks, mentoring Level 1 installers, and encouraging team feedback.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to support smooth execution.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) on products before installation to confirm quality and performance.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems and devices to deliver fully operational client solutions.
  • Apply expertise in nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products.
  • Accept additional job duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high-voltage and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid US driver’s license.
  • Willingness to continue professional development, especially in leadership and communication skills.
