Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties and follow installation and service documentation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization and timely status updates.
  • Own assigned tasks by understanding project scope and service expectations and delivering results accordingly.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks within team capabilities and maintaining productivity.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and encourage feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to support project execution.
  • Configure, program, commission, and perform factory authorized testing of devices and systems.
  • Work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems on diverse projects.
  • Provide basic operations-level customer training on installed systems.
  • Accept additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Previous experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Experience or knowledge in fire, CCTV, intrusion, and emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
