Description

  • Lead onboarding for new business customers in Denmark, including kickoff meetings, stakeholder introductions, and initial solution architecture planning.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts with a proactive, consultative approach.
  • Conduct health checks, risk assessments, and environment reviews to identify improvement opportunities in customer deployments.
  • Oversee professional services engagements from planning and design through coordination of implementation efforts.
  • Provide input into proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) for new services or projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, communication cadences, and resource coordination to keep deployments on track.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and quarterback support escalations with Veeam Support and Product teams.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive reporting on metrics, support cases, ROI, and business value.
  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to improve customer proficiency with Veeam products.
  • Document customer environments, maintain deployment records, and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Account Managers, and Professional Services teams to support account health, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to improve Veeam processes, services, products, and TAM methodologies.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Veeam’s core products and broad enterprise IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Experience with data center technologies, including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, Ethernet, and Fibre Channel.
  • Experience with storage and backup systems; familiarity with vendors such as EMC, NetApp, IBM, and HP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (IaaS/PaaS) and how they integrate with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Proven experience in IT consulting, systems engineering, or technical project management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical engineers through CIO-level stakeholders.
  • Degree in a relevant technology field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of data management, data protection, backup/DR, and business continuity practices.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Consulting Systems Engineer is a strong plus.
  • Direct experience supporting data backup, disaster recovery, or cloud data management solutions in enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Veeam Certified Architect (VMCA) or vendor certifications in storage, cloud, or security are an asset.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning ability, calm handling of critical escalations, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning.
