Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties and follow documentation to ensure high standards of installation and service.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization, prompt updates, and clear task tracking.
  • Take full ownership of assigned work by understanding project scope and service expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks, mentoring Level 1 installers, and fostering collaboration.
  • Maintain regular communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products before installation.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems and devices to deliver fully operational solutions.
  • Provide basic operations training to customers after installation.
  • Apply experience with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products.
  • Accept additional job duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid US driver’s license required.
