Description

  • Execute Level 1 installer responsibilities while following documentation and installation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets, provide updates, and keep work aligned with assigned scope.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results within project expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks and supporting team productivity.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products before installation.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems to deliver fully operational solutions.
  • Work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems.
  • Accept additional job duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope.
  • Experience with service ticketing processes.
  • Previous knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid US driver’s license.
  • Leadership and communication skills development are expected as part of ongoing professional growth.
