Description

  • Support daily online business operations by managing customer records, product access, and basic workflows in GoHighLevel.
  • Respond to support emails professionally, clearly, and compassionately.
  • Set up, schedule, and test weekly newsletters in GoHighLevel.
  • Prepare and format workbooks, run sheets, slide decks, reminder emails, and follow-up emails for live events.
  • Use Microsoft Word or Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets, and Canva to organize content and simple visual assets.
  • Upload short-form video content to a multi-channel social media distribution platform according to posting schedules and naming conventions.
  • Host live Zoom sessions, including sharing slides and music, managing breakout rooms, spotlighting speakers, and monitoring the room.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live events calmly and in real time.
  • Support or maintain basic automations and help improve existing systems over time.
  • Follow clear operational processes with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Proven experience hosting live Zoom events is required.
  • Comfortably responsible for the technical side of live sessions and able to stay composed under pressure.
  • Open to working overtime on weekends during certain event months.
  • Basic to intermediate hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is required.
  • Ability to create or update simple visual assets in Canva is desirable.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word or Google Docs and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Highly reliable, honest, grounded, and trustworthy.
  • Calm, respectful of sensitive emotional content, and a good cultural fit for a spiritual, healing-focused brand.
  • Experience with Zapier and/or n8n is an advantage.
  • Open-minded and not easily sensitive, as required for the role.
