Description

  • Provide 1st-level support to clients and respond to tickets and phone calls to meet SLA targets.
  • Analyze, log, track, and follow up on support issues and tickets.
  • Proactively identify and address issues to minimize service disruption for clients.
  • Track, monitor, and report client issues, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery and Software Development teams to resolve client environment issues.
  • Understand client installations and operational processes to support effective troubleshooting.
  • Monitor alerting mechanisms and initiate escalation processes when needed.
  • Monitor and report on client environments to ensure stability and service continuity.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study.
  • Knowledge of T-SQL.
  • Client-facing experience with an excellent phone manner.
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Team spirit and a passion for results.
  • Strong command of English with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
  • Microsoft ETL tools and IIS knowledge will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with digital banking products such as cards, e-wallets, and mobile banking will be considered an asset.
