Description

  • Lead new customer acquisition efforts across Indiana, especially in the commercial real estate and multifamily sectors.
  • Build and execute a territory growth plan through proactive outreach, discovery, and account development.
  • Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, proposal delivery, negotiation, and close.
  • Conduct product and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs and deployment preferences.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Technical Account Management to align solution design and manage smooth project transitions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and regional engagements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects modernizing legacy physical security systems and planning technology refresh cycles.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in physical security, low voltage integration, IT services, or related technical industries.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to run discovery, establish value, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • High comfort level with prospecting and developing new relationships in a territory-based sales environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High integrity, strong follow-through, and a commitment to solving real customer problems.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for meetings, walkthroughs, and relationship development.
  • Experience working with cloud, on-prem, or hybrid physical security solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM data management, pipeline forecasting, and sales activity reporting is preferred.
