Description

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and industry benchmarks to attract high-calibre executive talent.
  • Use direct search, networking, industry events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive candidates.
  • Develop and maintain talent maps for key company positions to support future hiring needs.
  • Work with senior leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to senior leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights and best practices to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven recruitment experience, including executive-level hiring.
  • Strong understanding of leadership assessment and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience hiring in international markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
