Description

Develop and implement sourcing strategies and industry benchmarks to attract high-calibre executive talent.
Use direct search, networking, industry events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates.
Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive candidates.
Develop and maintain talent maps for key company positions to support future hiring needs.
Work with senior leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to senior leadership.
Use data-driven insights and best practices to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements

4+ years of proven recruitment experience, including executive-level hiring.
Strong understanding of leadership assessment and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies.
Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience hiring in international markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
