Description

  • Perform manual testing of web applications to validate functionality, usability, and compatibility across environments.
  • Perform API testing to verify request and response correctness, data exchange, and error handling.
  • Perform integration testing between applications to ensure proper communication, data flow, and system consistency.
  • Analyze technical documentation to understand requirements, specifications, and expected system behavior.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents, investigate bugs, and maintain effective communication across teams.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, including participation in quarterly on-call rotations.
  • Write and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and other QA artifacts.
  • Participate in planning and regular team meetings to align scope, priorities, and timelines.

Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of software testing processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in web testing, API testing, regression testing, smoke testing, performance testing, load testing, and stress testing.
  • Experience with API documentation and testing tools such as Postman, BrowserStack, and GraphQL.
  • Practical experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in log analysis using tools such as Graylog and Grafana.
  • Hands-on experience with test management systems such as TestRail and bug tracking systems such as Jira.
  • Good knowledge of browser DevTools for troubleshooting.
  • Experience in writing test documentation.
  • Good knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Experience writing automated tests is a plus.
  • Experience working on product teams, especially in fintech, is a plus.
