Description

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional processes and technical specifications for OMS environments.
  • Define end-to-end processes and ways of working, including clear technical documentation and flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate on the definition, specification, and validation of interfaces and integrations through APIs.
  • Execute and document integration and interface tests, ensuring quality and traceability of results.
  • Perform functional testing of iOS mobile applications with a user-experience focus.
  • Identify, report, and track incidents in coordination with business and technology teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT projects within the retail environment.
  • Experience in requirements engineering, process definition, and functional/technical documentation.
  • Practical knowledge of API validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger UI.
  • Experience with test management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Advanced spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of SAP processes to ensure consistency between systems (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP CAR and SAP S/4, including cash transactions, material documents, and inventory (preferred).
  • Experience integrating with other ERPs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools, ideally Elastic (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ServiceBus technologies and streaming environments (preferred).
  • Previous experience with Manhattan OMS (preferred).
  • German language skills (preferred).
  • Availability for occasional travel to Germany, 3 days every 1–2 months (preferred).
