Description

  • Prepare and maintain management reporting packages, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
  • Analyze company financial performance, including profitability, costs, and operational metrics.
  • Perform variance analysis against plan and prior periods and prepare insights and recommendations for business units.
  • Monitor financial KPIs and explain key changes in performance.
  • Participate in the budgeting cycle through data collection, validation, and consolidation.
  • Support departments with planning and forecasting across Marketing, HR, Operations, IT, and other functions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, scenarios, and cost/profitability analysis.
  • Reconcile and validate data from ERP, CRM, and internal spreadsheets to ensure reporting consistency.
  • Optimize spreadsheets and models to improve reliability and reproducibility of data.
  • Reduce manual reporting work through automation and support BI dashboards and data integration with IT/BI teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management accounting principles.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset handling.
  • Experience with macros or VBA is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
  • Intermediate English (B1) or higher.
  • SQL, Power Query, Python, or R skills are a plus, or a willingness to develop them on the job.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as BAS, QuickBooks, or 1C is a plus.
  • Google Apps Script experience for automation, API integrations, or data optimization is a plus.
  • Google AppSheet experience for data input interfaces and quality control is a plus.
  • Understanding of GAAP or IFRS principles is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech or marketing performance analysis, including CAC, LTV, ROI, and cohort analysis, is a plus.
