Description

  • Own the end-to-end budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range planning process.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and KPI reporting as a single source of truth for performance.
  • Build scalable financial models to evaluate business opportunities, pricing strategies, and scenario analyses.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future financial results.
  • Partner with the COO and department heads to turn financial data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify financial risks and structural gaps, and develop monitoring and mitigation frameworks.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analyses to management.
  • Participate in special financial projects and ad hoc analyses.
  • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to analyze variances and actuals versus plan performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with financial software and tools.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Scale-up mindset with the ability to ship fast and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to work with large data sets.
  • Advanced financial modeling experience, including 3-statement modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, Net Retention, CAC Payback, and LTV, as well as revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
