Description

  • Deploy and maintain EDR/XDR agents and endpoint protection policies across Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations and servers.
  • Manage agent upgrades, policy tuning, exclusions, troubleshooting, and controlled rollback.
  • Implement and safely deploy risk-based OS hardening baselines with application and infrastructure owners.
  • Operate endpoint DLP controls and optimize policies to reduce unnecessary blocking.
  • Maintain assigned security platforms such as SIEM, including health, access, updates, storage, backups, and recovery.
  • Monitor telemetry and control health, investigate coverage gaps and unmanaged systems, and automate remediation.
  • Support Cyber Defense investigations and execute approved endpoint containment actions.
  • Automate administration, validation, and reporting with scripts and APIs, while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint security, infrastructure security, system security, or related security engineering.
  • Experience deploying and operating enterprise EDR/XDR or endpoint protection across mixed workstation and server environments.
  • Strong Linux administration skills and ability to troubleshoot Windows protection using logs, services, permissions, network connections, and resource usage.
  • Experience introducing security controls into production through testing, controlled deployment, and rollback.
  • Experience with OS hardening and native security controls.
  • Knowledge of access control, least privilege, endpoint telemetry, file-integrity monitoring, and host isolation.
  • Automation experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or another scripting language.
  • Clear communication, reliable documentation, and ownership of issues through verified resolution.
  • Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian.
  • Preferred: Elastic or other SIEM administration, endpoint DLP or Microsoft Defender, macOS management tools, CIS Benchmarks or DISA STIG, large distributed fleets, or a technical security/computer science education.
