Description

  • Manage the global Finance Operations function, including accounts payable, corporate expenses, revenue, and banking operations.
  • Own end-to-end financial processes such as procurement, supplier settlements, invoice and payment processing, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure a fast, high-quality financial period close.
  • Maintain accuracy of financial data and minimize errors.
  • Oversee accounts payable and employee corporate expenses, including travel, advances, and corporate cards.
  • Supervise banking operations, reconciliations, and intercompany settlements.
  • Automate and optimize financial processes to reduce manual work.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs such as processing speed, transaction cost, error rate, and overdue or unreconciled transactions.
  • Develop and enforce financial operational policies and internal controls.
  • Lead a distributed team and help grow the Finance function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, FinOps, or Accounting, including 3+ years in leadership roles within international tech companies or fintech.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across AP, AR, and cash operations.
  • Strong experience in process design and building scalable workflows.
  • Experience transforming manual processes into automated solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP system architecture, such as BAS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Experience in fintech is a plus.
  • Participation in finance function transformation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
