Description

Manage the global Finance Operations function, including accounts payable, corporate expenses, revenue, and banking operations.
Own end-to-end financial processes such as procurement, supplier settlements, invoice and payment processing, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and reconciliations.
Ensure a fast, high-quality financial period close.
Maintain accuracy of financial data and minimize errors.
Oversee accounts payable and employee corporate expenses, including travel, advances, and corporate cards.
Supervise banking operations, reconciliations, and intercompany settlements.
Automate and optimize financial processes to reduce manual work.
Monitor key operational KPIs such as processing speed, transaction cost, error rate, and overdue or unreconciled transactions.
Develop and enforce financial operational policies and internal controls.
Lead a distributed team and help grow the Finance function.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Finance, FinOps, or Accounting, including 3+ years in leadership roles within international tech companies or fintech.
Experience managing distributed teams across AP, AR, and cash operations.
Strong experience in process design and building scalable workflows.
Experience transforming manual processes into automated solutions.
Deep knowledge of ERP system architecture, such as BAS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Experience in fintech is a plus.
Participation in finance function transformation is a plus.
Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
