Description

  • Sell the full JuneShine Brands product portfolio, including JuneShine and Flying Embers.
  • Own and grow the assigned South Bay territory from Santa Monica to Huntington Beach, with occasional inland travel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts to drive distribution and sales goals.
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to build brand awareness and support distributor initiatives.
  • Manage territory coverage through weekly visits, follow-ups, and account prioritization.
  • Track, report, and communicate sales metrics, wins, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, internal teammates, and distributor partners to identify and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages to improve sell-through.
  • Support ABP execution and national account strategies.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience.
  • Established distributor relationships in the market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in the Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica/Venice Beach, Hermosa Beach, Marina del Rey, or El Segundo area.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel weekly throughout the territory.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience preferred.
  • Strong on-premise and off-premise experience preferred.
  • Experience managing large, multi-city territories preferred.
  • Experience supporting national account execution preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.
