Description

  • Sell the full JuneShine Brands product portfolio across on‑ and off‑premise accounts.
  • Own and grow the assigned territory covering Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Putnam Counties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and distributors to drive distribution and sell‑through.
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride‑alongs to grow brand awareness and support distributor initiatives.
  • Ensure merchandising and brand presence in accounts (tap handles, shelves, displays) and support product drops and promotions.
  • Manage territory with effective time and account prioritization, including weekly visits and follow‑ups.
  • Track and report sales metrics, wins, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages and support ABP and national account strategies.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at time of application.
  • State‑specific alcohol certification required by the start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, or Putnam County with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and ability to travel weekly throughout the territory.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • U.S. residency required to be considered for the position.
  • Nice to have: 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience.
  • Nice to have: established distributor relationships in the market, experience managing large/multi‑city territories, and experience supporting National Account execution.

  • Base compensation $60,000–$70,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus (final offer based on experience and skills).
