Description

  • Own and grow the assigned Minnesota territory, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts.
  • Drive distribution, sales goals, and sell-through across the portfolio.
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to build brand awareness and support distributor initiatives.
  • Manage territory coverage with regular account visits and follow-ups.
  • Track, report, and communicate sales metrics, wins, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages.
  • Support ABP execution and national account strategies.
  • Represent multiple beverage brands in accounts of all sizes, including tap handles, shelves, and displays.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • State-specific alcohol certification is required by the start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in the Minneapolis Metro area.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Ability to travel weekly throughout the territory.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience is preferred.
  • Established distributor relationships in the market are preferred.
  • Experience managing large, multi-city territories is preferred.
  • Experience supporting national account execution is preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.

  • $60,000–$70,000 annual base salary.
  • Discretionary performance bonus opportunity of up to 30% of base pay.
