Description

  • Own and grow the assigned Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding territory.
  • Sell the full JuneShine Brands portfolio across on-premise and off-premise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, distributors, and partners.
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to increase brand awareness and support sales.
  • Manage territory activity through weekly visits, follow-ups, and account prioritization.
  • Track, report, and communicate sales metrics, wins, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages to improve sell-through.
  • Support distributor initiatives, ABP execution, and national account strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in the Dallas area with reliable transportation and the ability to travel weekly throughout the territory.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience preferred.
  • Established distributor relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth market preferred.
  • Experience managing large, multi-city territories preferred.
  • Experience supporting national account execution preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered for the role.

  • $63,000–$73,000 annual salary plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
