Description

  • Lead the end-to-end development of ISPM features from strategic planning through platform architecture, implementation, and operations.
  • Design and build high-scale, event-driven systems that audit, predict, and remediate identity risks in real time.
  • Own the zero-to-one creation of the new ISPM platform and define how stream processing is used to protect customers.
  • Develop the platform’s underlying services, logic, and infrastructure to support proactive identity security at scale.
  • Collaborate across teams to accelerate product development across the company through shared platform capabilities.
  • Build and operate services in a remote-first environment while participating in on-call shifts to respond to alerts.
  • Contribute to cloud-native engineering and infrastructure decisions for AWS-based systems.
  • Support the integration of machine learning models into production through the underlying pipelines and platform components.

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of backend software development experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Go (Golang), including concurrency patterns and memory management.
  • Proven experience building event-driven systems using Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS.
  • Experience with stream processing technologies such as Apache Flink or Spark Streaming.
  • Experience modeling data in relational databases such as Postgres and NoSQL stores such as Redis or DynamoDB.
  • Deep experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and EKS, plus Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
  • Working interest in MLOps or model serving; Data Science experience is not required.
  • Exposure to authentication standards such as OAuth, OIDC, or SAML, or experience building fraud/risk engines.
  • Proficiency in identity risk posture management concepts and building related solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience building tools for Security Operations Centers or integrating third-party threat feeds such as GeoIP or IP Reputation.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India for this remote role.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
