Description

  • Act as the technical trusted advisor for organizations evaluating the JumpCloud platform.
  • Provide tailored product demonstrations and consultative technical support.
  • Uncover customer pain points and align JumpCloud solutions to those challenges.
  • Support direct and partner sales teams with product-related questions and skill development.
  • Build relationships with partners through technical enablement and co-selling.
  • Assist prospects with setup and configuration of free trials.
  • Provide technical Q&A as prospects progress through their trials.
  • Assess prospect readiness to enter a formal sales cycle.
  • Advise prospects on implementation best practices to reduce time to value.
  • Identify common technical issues and product themes that could inform product development, automation, or self-service improvements.
  • Provide an evaluation framework for prospects to use during proof-of-value assessments.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical Sales Engineering or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make complex concepts simple and understandable.
  • Comfort speaking with technical evaluators and IT leaders and adjusting the message to the audience.
  • Desire and ability to learn new complex concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS technologies (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory environments and network architecture (preferred).
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OIDC/OAuth, LDAP, and RADIUS (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MDM, RMM, or similar endpoint solutions, and MFA technologies such as TOTP and WebAuthn (preferred).
  • Experience configuring and deploying identity and/or directory solutions, scripting with bash or PowerShell, API integration and automation, and direct and channel/partner sales cycles (preferred).
  • Must be professionally fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
