Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing inbound SDR team supporting North America and Latin America.
  • Own inbound conversion metrics, including speed-to-lead, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-S1, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Operations to improve inbound funnel performance.
  • Refine qualification frameworks for demo requests, free trials, and hand-raise opportunities.
  • Coach SDRs on talk tracks, discovery, objection handling, urgency creation, and technical buyer conversations.
  • Monitor Salesforce, Gong, and inbound workflow systems to maintain SLA compliance and lead follow-up standards.
  • Coordinate feedback loops with Demand Gen, PMM, Sales, and XDR leadership.
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences for performance reviews.
  • Lead adoption of Agentic AI workflows that automate repetitive SDR tasks.
  • Work with Operations and Enablement to measure the productivity impact of AI on response time, conversion, pipeline creation, and SDR efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing an Inbound SDR or Sales Development team.
  • Experience leading marketing-qualified lead conversion and trial motion teams.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound lead management best practices.
  • Experience with AI workflow tools, agentic automation platforms, or sales automation technologies.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Gong, Orum/Nooks, Qualified, LeadIQ, and modern sales engagement platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing conversion funnel KPIs.
  • Experience building SLA frameworks between SDRs, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Strong coaching and people leadership skills.
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus, not required.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, device management, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
