Description

  • Own the onboarding and implementation process from post-sale handoff through successful go-live.
  • Create and maintain implementation plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and named owners.
  • Set success criteria and align customers and internal teams on what successful deployment looks like.
  • Guide customers through production-readiness activities and remove blockers that delay implementation.
  • Track onboarding progress, intervene when projects fall behind, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Coordinate with Implementation Managers, Product, Support, and Customer Success to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and decisions proactively.
  • Coordinate go-live planning, readiness reviews, launch-day support, and early stabilization after launch.
  • Manage a formal handover to Customer Success with documented customer context, goals, and success criteria.
  • Identify recurring onboarding issues and recommend improvements to processes, tools, templates, and communications.

Requirements

  • Experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success programs in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer onboardings simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience with identity verification, fraud, compliance, fintech, or enterprise software solutions (preferred).
  • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, or implementation methodologies (preferred).
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers (preferred).
