Description

  • Develop engaging scripts for corporate training videos, including customized client-specific content and general learning modules.
  • Research topics and create accurate, learner-focused content aligned with training objectives.
  • Review training videos to ensure content accuracy, clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
  • Edit and refine scripts, voiceover content, and video narratives based on feedback and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, grammar, and messaging across training and video content.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in English, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, instructional content development, or corporate training content creation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
  • Experience creating video scripts, learning content, or educational materials for professional audiences is preferred.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
