Description

  • Set up and optimize Google Ads search campaigns for bottom-of-funnel healthcare keywords.
  • Manage bid strategies tied to ROAS and CPL goals and run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages.
  • Implement and maintain GA4 events and Google Tag Manager across multiple client websites.
  • Configure conversion tracking for form submissions, click-to-calls, and CallRail dynamic number insertion.
  • Manage offline conversion tracking and upload conversion data to Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Build customized reporting dashboards that combine Google Ads, Analytics, CallRail, and CRM data.
  • Support paid social campaign setup, optimization, and conversion tracking in Meta Business Manager.
  • Perform search term audits, negative keyword pruning, and campaign budget management.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data integrity across platforms.
  • Build and manage attribution models that reflect the full customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on PPC, analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • 1+ years of experience in paid social, Meta Business Manager campaign management, and pixel tracking.
  • Proven expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and CallRail setup and integration.
  • Experience with offline conversion tracking and upload workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Google Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant digital marketing environments is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM integrations such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Google Ads and GA4 certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with multi-location or franchise models is preferred.
  • Ability to work close to 9am-5pm EST and as a remote independent contractor.
