Description

  • Own the app-first user acquisition growth strategy and execution for Airalo.
  • Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual performance marketing budget, including forecasting and pacing.
  • Lead paid performance marketing across channels such as Meta, Google UAC, and other scaled platforms.
  • Oversee campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, optimization, and iterative testing to hit growth goals.
  • Own measurement and reporting, including weekly performance reads, deep dives, and actionable insights.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene through naming conventions, QA, structure, guardrails, geo/creative rotation, and budget reallocation.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Data Science, Creative Strategists, Influencer/Brand, Product, and external agencies.
  • Present monthly executive-level business reviews to senior leadership for assigned regions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition for mobile apps.
  • Deep expertise in Meta and Google UAC, plus other relevant performance channels.
  • Experience managing large budgets, ideally $20M+ annually or at comparable scale.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with Director- and VP-level partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in KPIs such as CPI, CPS, CVR, CTR, CAC, and LTV.
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution and iOS measurement realities, including SKAN, privacy impacts, signal loss, and incrementality.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working directly in-platform.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adjust or other MMPs, Looker, BigQuery, and experimentation or incrementality frameworks.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience in competitive categories or scaled environments is preferred.
