Description

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns for performance and ROI.
  • Oversee conversion tracking, attribution, and lead quality analysis.
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively resolve performance issues.
  • Develop campaign structures, testing frameworks, and optimization strategies.
  • Guide ad copy, messaging, creative direction, and landing page improvements.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead client communication and present results and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor junior media buyers while staying hands-on with campaign work.
  • Build workflows, systems, SOPs, and documentation to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS clients.
  • Experience leading or mentoring paid media teams.
  • Strong CRO and landing page optimization experience.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience creating processes and systems used across teams, not just personal workflows.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience managing larger advertising budgets and scaling campaigns successfully.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
  • Ability to own both strategy and execution, with a strong focus on client ROI and business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfort leading client calls and explaining performance clearly.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and campaign execution.
  • LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tools is a plus.
  • Experience helping agencies scale delivery operations is a plus.
