Description

  • Design and implement automation solutions using AI, low-code, and no-code tools.
  • Identify repetitive workflows across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Support and replace them with scalable systems.
  • Independently define solution architecture and choose the appropriate tools and stack.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and shape solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop efficient, AI-driven approaches.
  • Build lightweight internal tools and integrations.
  • Present solutions and onboard teams to new workflows.
  • Run small workshops to improve AI literacy and adoption across the company.

Requirements

  • Around 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Technical background is a plus, but formal work experience or employment records are not required.
  • English and Russian language proficiency.
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Be ready to discuss how you learned, including courses, self-study, and practice.
  • Be ready to share pet projects, experiments, and real examples of automation or AI solutions you have created.
  • Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, or OpenAI APIs is a plus.
