Description

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategy with a strong focus on analytics and ROI.
  • Implement predictive channel-level unit economics to guide daily budget decisions.
  • Build end-to-end funnel tracking from creative through activation, segmentation, and monetization.
  • Maintain weekly reporting on dashboards, experiment status, and next steps.
  • Run a structured hypothesis-to-test-to-decision experimentation loop with clear go/no-go criteria.
  • Audit attribution performance, identify breakdowns, and create a plan to improve coverage to 85%+.
  • Manage media spend across Google, Meta, and other channels using predictive ROI models.
  • Restructure team ownership, KPIs, and output expectations to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Coordinate marketing, product, and engineering efforts to connect experiments across the funnel.
  • Drive automation of creative production and campaign management to support scaling with a smaller team.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling B2C subscription businesses, with personal accountability for MRR growth.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on growth marketing background.
  • Comfortable working directly in ad platforms and data tools with fast iteration.
  • Deep technical understanding of events, pixels, data pipelines, attribution stacks, and integrations.
  • Experimentation-first mindset with high testing velocity and strong learning discipline.
  • Ability to work across marketing, product, and engineering functions.
  • Experience managing attribution issues and platform re-learning during funnel changes.
  • Background in restructuring media buying around new funnels and monetization models.
  • Location in EU or US preferred.
  • Contract or part-time availability, with openness to transitioning to full-time.
