Description

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategy with a focus on predictive channel-level unit economics and daily budget decisions.
  • Build end-to-end funnel measurement from creative through activation, including product, market, segmentation, and monetization metrics.
  • Maintain weekly reporting transparency through dashboards, test status updates, and next-step recommendations.
  • Run a disciplined experiment cycle from hypothesis to test to insight to decision, with clear metric, budget, kill criteria, and go/no-go standards.
  • Own and improve the attribution stack, identify breakdowns, and create a plan to reach 85%+ attribution coverage.
  • Manage spend across Google, Meta, and other channels using a predictive ROI model.
  • Audit and restructure marketing team ownership areas, KPIs, and output per person.
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering to connect experiments end to end.
  • Rebuild the creative process and media buying approach to support new funnels and sustainable iteration.
  • Drive automation of creative production and campaign management to support growth with a smaller team.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling B2C subscription businesses, with personal accountability for MRR growth.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on growth marketing background, including direct experience in ad platforms and data analysis.
  • Ability to learn a company’s data stack quickly and deliver clear results within the first 30–60 days.
  • Technical depth in events, pixels, data pipelines, attribution stacks, and integrations.
  • Experimentation-first mindset with high testing velocity, strong learning loops, and competitor awareness.
  • Cross-functional experience working across marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Comfortable with budget optimization, ROI discipline, and performance-driven decision-making.
  • Experience restructuring creative workflows and media buying around new funnels (preferred).
  • Ability to connect marketing and product experiments into a single workflow (preferred).
  • Familiarity with launching modern, conversion-focused lead magnets (preferred).
